“Almost 4 Stars. Big , beautiful space, the new Costco in Niagara Falls. Love the price of gas too. My one and only issue that there is no staff on the floor to help find items. So I asked at the front, staff is able to tell you that they have it in store but apparently there is no locator in the system to tell you exactly where the item is. So you have to walk around and around.”

“I went to this little place on the advice of a friend... I'm very glad I did!! Darryl and Michelle are fantastic hosts. Their service and attention was outstanding! The venue is intimate but not cramped... I went there for karaoke and was pleasantly surprised by the song selection... I even got to sing what I hope was the first of many Australian standards... A personal memo about their businesses precautions to protect both customers and their staff was reassuring—if a place cares about its employees that care will extend to its patrons. However—beware the “roasted veggies”. I ordered my takeout and went out to the car to take a bite where I immediately noticed a lack of taco content. All my toppings neatly piled—where the roast veg? Upon further inspection of other tacos—no veg. So I returned to the counter to inquire where staff took the box and went away and did whatever the do with their appliances and tongs. Box returned, I returned to my car and inspected the tacos. WHERE THE ROAST VEG? Oh... this warm slice of pepper. It must be the roast veg. Hold on, there are maybe 5 slices of warm pepper here. Quesada! What is even the point of having this as a separate menu item?! One type of warm vegetable does not taco-content make! Hopefully this is just some kind of mistake. If not...it’s time to reconsider your veg option.”

“I love breakfast. And I especially enjoy Sunset Grill in Niagara falls. But I'm less thrilled with Sunset Grill St. Catharines. I've been there twice out of necessity due to its proximity to the hospital and been disappointed both times. The tables were sticky from the previous guest's syrup, the eggs were over cooked and the home fries undercooked (I like my home fries to be crispy) and in spite of the promise of thick toast I received regular thin toast. Do I hate it? No. Am I excited to go back? Not really. Well I go back anyway? As long as I have to be going to the hospital, probably. On the plus side the server we had was very friendly and accommodating so there's that! I'd prefer more consistency from franchise to franchise.”

It's like they turn into a child all of a sudden! Calm down people... even though there might be a little language barrier at times but at least they're not sitting at home collecting welfare, going out to eat on a $10 budget expecting caviar and lobster served on a silver platter.
