Jay has been an entrusted partner and fitness guru for achieving my fitness goals. What I have achieved in a few months with Jay's help, I couldn't do it in two years of working out on my own. Jay helped push my limits to the next level, fix my form, educating and reinforcing on diet (vegetarian) and cardio/weights-training equation, exactly what I needed.
