Making an appointment was quick and easy and John was very communicative the entire way. He made sure to confirm my appointment and made sure I had all the info I needed before going into the entire process. I dropped the car off at 8am and John told me he should be finished by 8pm. He was true to his word and finished even earlier than his estimated time. He really brought out the best in my car and brought back the *pop* that was I was looking for.
