“Absolutely amazing service!!! I was asked multiple times if I wanted water/coffee/tea. Offered their wifi twice while I waited. They explained everything they were doing. Lots of communication between the workers and management. I was recommended an engine flush and I took it because I knew I was 300 km over. Our service rep was Babu and he was so kind and polite. Not pushy at all, and didn’t push services on me that I didn’t really need. I did end up doing a bunch of stuff, and spending quite a bit, but I can’t be bothered to go from place to place anyways. Other team members checked my lights, lubricated my hinges, checked cabin air filter etc etc. I have never received this kind of service from an auto motive shop EVER. Phenomenal. Highly recommend and will return again. Thank you Mr Lube team at Fogal road. They also gave me a gift bag and my son a colouring book and crayons! Wow!”
