Great experience in a convenient location that's hard to miss. I received an awesome Black Friday plan with good customer service. Adrian was attentive, answered all my questions and very patient with transferring over my account from my previous phone company.

Adrian was a great help setting up my business lines and getting me the phones I wanted at very competitive pricing.

I was in and out in 20 minutes setting up a new phone and plan. The staff member that helped me knocked a considerable amount off the phone, and gave me a decent deal (for Canadian priced cellular and data) on a monthly plan.
When I recently added my partner to my plan it was equally quick and efficient, with an equally good deal on the rate.
If the staff is busy with someone just go grab a coffee or something and go back in a few minutes.

Not the most enthusiastic place from the reps here. No deals. Sure you get help but being friendly and inviting is key to customer service not just getting the job done. Maybe that's just me but it's always nice to have someone greet you with a friendly smile and energetic approach.
