(December 16, 2020, 6:03 pm)I have always received great customer service at this location. After launch date for the PS5 I called to go on their waiting list for the PS5. They did tell me that there was quite a few people ahead of me. I honestly thought I wouldn't get one. I tried many times getting one online but it was impossible with all those bots snatching them. I didn't want my son to be disappointed on Christmas day so I let him know he wouldn't be getting one but I really tried. 2 days ago I got a call from them with the greatest Christmas news I could get. They had a PS5 for me. I just wanted to say thank you!! My son is going to be the the happiest kid on Christmas day. Great staff, great customer service.
