Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We flew into Toronto, Canada and picked up our vehicle at the airport. We had reserved it on Kayak months ago. Not only did they honor our reserved price which was much lower, but they upgraded us to a SUV that was wonderful and had all the bells and whistles you could want. The staff was friendly and we were in our vehicle in about 10 minutes. I can recommend this Enterprise rental wholeheartedly.

This was my first International trip (can't tell you how stressfull that was).
But Enterprise made this seamless and hassle-free. The Agents were some of the most personable customer service I have encountered. On my return to the airport they were right they to take the car, I didn't even need to pause at any counter or anything. Went right to my departing flight. I'M COMING BACK ENTERPRISE! - THANKS!

Rental and return process was quick and simple. Car was clean and price was decent. The staff was very friendly as well. Only thing that bothered me was the car seat that they had for rental. It was not very secure even though we tightened it as much as possible. It would flop around if we used the latches. we had to strap It in with the seat belt in order to secure it. It really annoying because we pretty much had to do it every time we got in the car. Safer to just bring your own car seat.

You click we pick option was incredible!!! When the attendant found out we were in Toronto for our Son's college graduation, we were upgraded to an Infinity Q80 full size SUV!!! What an amazing vehicle and an incredibly kind gesture. I will always use enterprise based on their service. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Great customer service! I rented a Mustang online from them. When I got there everything was pretty much ready. Just had to sign some documents and I was on my way. Definitely recommend it to anyone. Fair price as well
