Savreet is polite, courteous and a thorough professional. Last year my glasses and frame both broke down due to an accident. I was surprised they replaced the frame free of cost and charged minimally for lenses.
Recently, I went to try many shops for better designs, but couldn't find any that would compete with their products or service.
And am glad my wife and I again opted for Hakim, they always go above and beyond.

Amazing staff, great manager and lovely people in general. They do minor repairs without a second thought. We spent hours shortlisting our frames- and all of their staff helped us without beinggl pushy.

I recently went to Hakim Optical to pick out glasses in which my prescription would be filled. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped my mom and I pick out the perfect glasses! It was a great experience and they truly care about their customers. I would 100% recommend coming here to either get your prescription or to pick out glasses.

My first experience with this location was in 2019 when I got my mom's eyeglasses and ordered mine ten days back at the store and got it yesterday. Both ladies help me out patiently to find what I was looking for while following Covid-19 protocols and sanitizing what I was trying out right away. Thanks again for excellent customer service !
