These two manage to build a community of strong women (pun intended) around them wherever they go. Great instructors and a wonderful space to be working out of. Thank you girls
(November 3, 2019, 7:50 pm)I have taken the Pilates classes and absolutely love them. The care these ladies have on each client is insane.
It almost feel like a particular/private class. I suggest to take a facia release right after or a yoga class for an extra stretch!
I cannot wait to take aerial classes! Thank you! You guys rock and everyone needs to know!!!
