Excellent instructors, a warm and welcoming facility. Lots of classes and variety daily, with an in-person and virtual option and a recorded video library for those 'off hours'. Online booking is clear, simple and accessible, allowing for forward planning. Yoga Seven makes it easy to make yoga a regular practice....regardless of your level of experience or familiarity with the terminology or positions. An all round fabulous experience!

Yoga Seven is a fabulous yoga studio!! The space is peaceful, bright and immaculately clean. I find that there is a variety of classes and interesting, high quality instructors. I've also participated in excellent, small group workshops that have enabled me to enhance my practice. The owners, Ginty and Joanne, are very welcoming and create a lovely sense of belonging and community. Try it! You won't be disappointed.

I love practicing at Yoga Seven. The teachers are experts and know how to cue for every level of experience. There's plenty of free parking across from the studio and the space is bright and airy. I always leave the classes feeling amazing. Thanks Yoga Seven!

I've done a few yoga classes at Yoga Seven so far. Studio is clean, neat and organized. Ginty (Co-Owner) very nice, smart and helpful. Yoga Teachers are creative, helpful and quite cheerful. Parking is really good and the location is safe. Would be nice if there were more classes.

Margo is a wonderful teacher; she has a lovely attitude. She understands that not everyone's yoga practice is at the same level and makes sure you understand that you can work at your own pace. There is no pressure and it's a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The classes are varied enough to keep it interesting while constant enough to get the great benefits of practice makes perfect.
