I've been coming to Quiet Bodies for private sessions with Kala for over 6 months now and I loving coming here. Firstly, the studio itself is absolutely lovely, the aura of the place is calm and cozy. The owner of the studio Kala is incredibly caring and a true professional. She keeps you engaged in the exercises and she constantly encourages you. I'd recommend this place to everyone.
Pilates with Kala has been a life changing experience for me. After three years of steady sessions with Kala I have no more back pain. I stronger core than I have ever had. A resilience that I thought I had lost years ago. I cannot recommend Kala and Quiet Bodies highly enough. Thank you for being the great, dedicated, strong, incredibly knowledgeable instructor that you are.

Such a beautiful space for classes. Lots of free parking across the street. Kala, the owner/instructor is always kind and inviting. Classes are inclusive for all activity levels. She makes Pilates accessible and fun! I always leave feeling stretched out and strong! Highly recommend!
