She had anxiety for the first couple of years and I tried many strategies to help her find her confidence. The coaches were supportive and helped reduce her fear of the large, busy space. Now, she goes in without hesitation, is learning many new, challenging skills and is gaining confidence in trying new things. This past weekend, we had her birthday party at the gym! The coach, who we specifically requested since we've had her as a coach several times and doesn't normally do birthday parties anymore, was amazing!! Both of the coaches engaged my daughter and her friends in fun, appropriate skill level activities and there were giggles, smiles and laughter almost the entire time.
