“Very good food and overall intention. I feel this owner needs to really focus on staffing and structured hours. It’s not professional to have people have to call in to know when your opening. It’s also not professional to turn customers away whom drive in for lunch only to be told you don’t have staff working. Though I will say food is well served and tasty and the conversations with the team is nice. What great potential but better business sense is needed and far great control over the facilities operations is warranted for this to not go Bust.”
