Spartan Striking Academy

It's amazing! I've had memberships at other local gyms, but have never taken much interest or enjoyed attending. Ever since I began my membership with Spartan Striking Academy I have begun to enjoy my time working out and learning new ways to stay fit! They have a well equipped facility with a padded floor in the training area, a ring, punching bags, Thai and boxing pads. They also have amazing instructors and a variety of classes where you not only workout, but are also taught proper technique.

Awesome gym and great instructors that made it really easy to get back into martial arts. Good for all skill ranges and ages!

great trainers and coaches, all the way to the reception, friendly and professional... walking in to the gym, was impressed with the facilities, full sized ring, heavy punching bags, and padded mats. the gym caters to the interest of the consumers and offers a wide variety of classes, kickboxing, muay thai, boxing, yoga, circuit training, pad smashing classes . thank you kru yai michael and the spartan striking academy family for the amazing training experience!

Upon trying out spartan striking academy I was nervous about trying martial arts for the first time but coach Michael made me feel like I was apart of the family since the first day. Awesome gym, great people, good technical training and workout!
