Its been a year I am visiting Dr. Swapna for my chronic health issues, and had a good result with her treatment. Her diagnosis and treatment helped me alot. She advises simple and easy to follow diet according to ones body type and health. Also since April 2020 I have joined her online Yoga lessons too, I like her clear instructions and she also allows you to settle down in every move and yoga pose giving ample time before moving to the next pose. Her kind words and clear instructions encourages to try even the difficult yoga positions without much effort.I would highly recommend her.
We have been consulting with Dr. Swapna for almost a year now and have seen positive results. She is always very patient and really listens and cares and doesn’t rush you !
I got a wonderful opportunity to attend her online classes since April and it has helped me a lot to keep healthy physically and mentally during these challenging times !! Even as a beginner I was able to follow her easy instructions and will definitely continue!!

I am doing online yoga class with Swapna from many years. Her classes are interesting and energetic with new challenges. Not only is she knowledgable, helpful, and thorough; she is friendly and warm.

During the pandemic, I was at a loss as my yoga class was closed. Thankfully, my neighbour suggested Dr. Swapna Shah's yoga classes, that she's been attending, now offered online. It has been a great experience! Swapna is very professional and conducts her class very deligently and true to form. I like the breathing exercises at the beginning and end of class. The yoga classes have all the elements of a balanced workout. It is a perfect way to start the day for me. Thank you, Swapna.
I did online yoga class with Swapna for a few months . I found the classes very interesting, inspiring with clear instructions. She starts on Monday working with different warm ups for each class day and then works up to challenging ones by the end of the week.This way the chance of injuries are minimized as we are fully warmed enough as we are working towards the challenging poses as days go by.
Her yoga also helps strength building as she does each movement several times. I would recommend her yoga to anyone who enjoys Yoga for relaxation on one hand and for strength building on the other . Her yoga is also a good workout as I feel very awake and energetic rest of the day .
