Came here a few days ago for quick bite to eat not knowing what to expect, but was surprised by the quality of food. The menu options are not vast which is something that I like, when visiting a restaurant, I am truly not a fan of large menus. I ordered the braised beef noodle dish which is supposed to be spicy (but not really). The broth overall was absolutely delicious, well seasoned with a lot of flavour (minus the spiciness :( ) they do offer you a choice of noodles, I ended up getting the regular flats which were wide, yummy and extremely filling. These are made in house and love how noodles are just able to absorb the flavours of the broth and coat the noodles nicely. The beef was delicious but probably a little too fatty for my liking with a lot of chewy bits, I felt like there should have been more meat. For what you get the pricing is reasonable, as you will spend around 10 bucks on a delicious meal.
Surprisingly good.
The chair is insanely uncomfortable however.
Buns, noodles are all very fresh. Side dish is nicely flavored.
Price is decent. Would return.
A good noodle place. Large portion. I ordered a small and a huge bowl with plenty of beef brisket and noodles came. It was interesting that we had the choices of noodles in 3 different sizes in either round or flat. Definitely different! We also ordered a side grilled lamb skews and it was excellent. Btw for those old timers, it is in Peach Tree plaza. Don’t know why google has it pegs as New Kennedy square. Definitely a place worth visiting.
Went there for the first time a couple of days ago and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was simple but absolutely done well. I regrettably forgot to take pictures because the food also looks great too.
You get to choose the shape and size of your noodle either round or flat and the size thin to wide/thick. They have different soups and one version of a "dry" that has minced meat. The dumplings are slightly on the greasier side (but honestly if they aren't they just don't taste good/or come out dry) but they are delightful!
Best noodle place in the area. Good portion size. I usually eat a large in other places, a small bowl here was very satisfying. Great value. Food taste great. Staff is very friendly and restaurant is very clean.
