Nice and friendly service. But took an hour 30 minutes to pick up my friends new car just way too long

Leon Chen was fantastic to work with. I knew what car I wanted going in and he helped me achieve the price point that I envisioned. Within 30 minutes, I was walking out with a signed deal. He is quick to provide promotions and discounts for the customer. I intend to do business with him again.

If you're going to get a car, ask for Jacky. We had no intention of buying a car within the same day, but with how helpful he was, we ended up just getting the car immediately.

He was extremely helpful and professional. Usual sales will try and push for same day signing and purchase. At no point did we ever feel the need to sign the papers and that we were getting a bad deal. Jacky was extremely open and honest with us on what he can offer in order for us to be completely satisfied. He understood what we wanted and the intentions we had. Went out of his way to fix any issues. Service and Fiona from finance was great as well. Straight forward, no issues. The change of not needing the sales to be in the car with the customer during the test drive due to covid is actually a welcomed change. As a customer, I would like to test drive a car how I intend to drive it. Along with testing emergency braking. If a sales is with me, it limits me in what is "appropriate" to do in a test drive and the roads I can drive on.

If you want a person to actually HELP you with a vehicle and not just try to force a sale on you or give you the typical sales sweet talk, speak with Jacky. Be honest with him on what you need and want and he'll try to help you as best as he can.

I have to recommend this dealership with everyone who wants to purchase a Honda here. The reason why I chose this dealership instead of others is because of a salesperson who named Jacky. His professionalism inspired me and my family, he knows exactly what we want and he cares about us. Even after purchasing, he replied my questions on Sunday and helped us to schedule service. Highly recommend. Great experience.
