  Best experience! I was thrilled at how helpful Ragavan(Rico) was throughout the entire process from start to finish. He was kind, helpful very patient with us to make a final decision.

  I just purchased a Mini from this dealership. I was dealing with Michael John (MJ), who is super chill and an all around pleasure to deal with. They wouldn't really budge on the price, since I was buying used but I did get a great financing rate, so will be paying very little interest on the amount I borrowed. I found shopping around and dealing with other individuals to be very exhausting and I didn't get that feeling when dealing with MJ at all. Would recommend MJ!

  Dropped in at Mini Markham and was immediately greeted by Edison Ni. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.He advised on Market conditions, resale value, future values and iprovided follow-up data before we we arrived home.
  A very positive experience ,and far superior to other dealers we have dealt with recently!

  Took one of Minis for test drive while my wife and I were choosing between few different brands of cars. Got great help from their Sales Consultant Edison Ni, who honestly and passionately (and without being pushy!) presented the car, making our experience a great one. I actually loved the John Cooper Works! I've heard the car is cool, but did not expect that it's also absolute pleasure and "fun-to-drive"!
