  I had a great experience purchasing my Tiguan with Candice. We have bought/Leased a number of vehicles with her and she always has our best interest at heart. As well, I only service my vehicle at T+C service center because Bart ALWAYS provides the best service. He takes the time to explain the work that has been done and keeps in constant communication during the service process. I trust Bart and his service team and they always return my vehicle in prime condition.
  I highly recommend Town and County Volkswagen for both service as well as purchasing.

  Bart is extremely helpful day in and day out. Goes the extra mile to help out with my car as much as he can. You can always count on Bart to go above and beyond with everything. Best employee here at Volkswagen!

  Great dealership with awesome people, never had a problem with booking a appointment or talking with the people. I personally deal with Chris Lung at the service desk, he’s honest, to the point and doesn’t let me wait around if he knows maintenance will take longer then an hour. 100% recommend to any VW owner.

  Service light came one this morning. Called and brought in vehicle for service appointment (45 mins later). Checked in with BART - a guy who knows his stuff and demonstrated excellent level of customer service!! Would recommend this dealership and this employee at the service department without reservation!!

  I had my Jetta serviced a week ago for it's scheduled maintenance. My service consultant - Chris Lung - was very professional and helpful. He provided good explanations of work that had to be done and suggestions for further work (with no pressure at all!). I am very satisfied with the work done on my car. Thanks as well to the shuttle service I got while I had my car serviced.
