Paige Rose is a gift to her students. Her knowledge and joy make you feel that aura of wellness as soon as you walk in the door. She's a terrific teacher really attuned to the needs of her individual students.

If I’m having a stressful week, I always look forward to a session with Paige and I never leave a class with her not feeling at peace. Paige cares so much about each of her clients which pushes me to want to do better as well. I was very grateful that Paige came into my life during a very stressful time because whether or not she was aware of that, she really helped me through it.

Paige is a joy! Her classes are of the highest quality, and fun. She's highly skilled, professional, connects easily with everyone and genuinely cares about her students' progress.
