“I received a referral from my optometrist for a consultation on laser eye surgery. An appointment was made and the lady that called me gave me directions to their location and parking directions as well. They have a few parking spots behind their building. A form was filled out and the refractive surgery consultant put me through a few tests to make sure everything was good before explaining the different types of surgery, the procedure, what happens the day of. Next they can book the appointment for you or you can call the downtown location yourself. I felt taken care of and there's a lifetime commitment for distance vision for all their laser surgery patients, if there is a need for an additional procedure.”
