“Very good experience! I took a little time over the weekend for an Awaken Yourself group session, which was my first attempt at meditation. I have to say that under the guidance of the instructor, I can really enter the state quickly, and I also found that this is a good way to quickly calm down and relieve anxiety. The Card Reading session after the meditation also gave me an opportunity to understand my heart more deeply. At the same time, it is also a good place to sit down and chat with friends in a different way. It is recommended that everyone who is interested in Toronto can try it~”

“I kept delaying getting orthotics and the pandemic made it 10x harder to run through the fitting and follow up process. I came across this place on google and saw the nice reviews they had. Gave it a shot and it was so well done, the process was very streamline after coming to my house and analyzing my arch/gate cycle. There was no initial fee and everything was established up front by the best representative I could have asked for. If anyone needs orthotics I highly recommend going here and asking for Aaron, this guy was seriously too good and very friendly. Other companies should take notes and hire people like Aaron because his service was second to none.”

Dr Li talked me through the steps that was going to be done and all the steps of what I need to do. This Dental office is new, very clean plus this office you feel at home. I have anxiety and Dr.Li was very understanding and helped me out with making me feel calm. I highly recommend this place to go to as you will always feel comfortable with every visit. I would give them a 10 star if I could. I was very impressed from when I first came in to when I left.”

“I received a referral from my optometrist for a consultation on laser eye surgery. An appointment was made and the lady that called me gave me directions to their location and parking directions as well. They have a few parking spots behind their building. A form was filled out and the refractive surgery consultant put me through a few tests to make sure everything was good before explaining the different types of surgery, the procedure, what happens the day of. Next they can book the appointment for you or you can call the downtown location yourself. I felt taken care of and there's a lifetime commitment for distance vision for all their laser surgery patients, if there is a need for an additional procedure.”
