Delivery was quick and easy to some extent; arrangement with the condo management had to be aligned for the delivery window. Only issue I have with delivery is if I couldn't match up the delivery time between elevator booking and Sleep Country delivery time. To specify an exact delivery time with SC ... they want addition $50.”

“Five Stars for Great Customer Service! This was my first time here. I originally painted an ice cream bowl. I found it very meditative painting it. I was so focused on the design no other thoughts came to mind. Sadly when I went to pick it up a couple days later, the owner told me it broke in the oven. They gave me a full refund and let me paint another piece of pottery for FREE! They felt so bad but they gave a good explanation to why it happened. My new bowl turned out WAY better than I thought. Thank you to all the staff for being honest and providing great customer service!!! All the staff there are friendly and always willing to help out when needed. Will come back again to bring my sister here for her birthday.”
