Gave it a shot and it was so well done, the process was very streamline after coming to my house and analyzing my arch/gate cycle. There was no initial fee and everything was established up front by the best representative I could have asked for. If anyone needs orthotics I highly recommend going here and asking for Aaron, this guy was seriously too good and very friendly. Other companies should take notes and hire people like Aaron because his service was second to none.”

“I don’t understand why people dislike this place. My visit to Zumiez wasn’t bad at all. I went to buy 3 things. A grip tape cleaner, skate wax, and a skate tool. Of course when I asked the person at the counter helped me out with the purchase, and the experience was very quick and smooth. Pretty good place, i will be going back here often, especially since it is the closes skate shop to my location. Good 5 stars from me to be honest.”

“Excellent customer service. There was a problem with my order through Geox at Home and my shoes did not come in as expected. When I called to ask about the order, they took extra time to track down the shoes, checked at various locations and quickly delivered the shoes to the store. However, the shoes were damaged and could not be sold to me. To make up for the difficulty, they showed me comparable shoes and I ended up buying three more pairs for the family, taking advantage of a store discount promotion offered at the time. Thanks Geox.
