  I learned to meditate with Tracy in 2001. I am forever grateful on how it changed me. I was able to drop addictive behaviours , go inward and focus on the peace that always resides within. Asanga Meditation Centre in Newmarket is a beautiful , peaceful and sacred space to learn to meditate. As well,Tracy creates all kinds of healing workshops and has a way of teaching abstract concepts and applications in an easy-to-understand , practical way . Highly recommend !

  If you are on a self awareness journey you have found the right spot. I have taken the emotional eaters course and intro meditation course, and I can not speak more highly of them. Tracy is a master in her profession and always provides a safe and inclusive space. Life changing moments happen in these groups and I am looking forward to more in the future!

  This is a beautiful and peaceful space that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in.
  
  Tracy is an incredible teacher and I have been honoured to be a part of both her meditation group and emotional eating group. She uses meditation and mindfulness techniques that allow you to connect with a deeper part of yourself that is often overlooked in day to day life. Her amazing energy and ability to hold space for others allows her students to gently explore energy and emotions in a meaningful way.

  Beautiful center, open and friendly atmosphere. Offers many programs for all levels. Thank you for the lovely experience. I will definitely be coming back!

  Meditation was always something I knew I wanted to try but never did. When I thought about why? I was overwhelmed at the idea of starting since I had no idea how. This course changed my life. There was something so sacred about learning to find inner peace and using the energy of the class to focus on healing. I am looking forward to the next level. Tracy is an amazing teacher, this incredible journey awaits you. You won’t regret learning the peacefulness of meditation.
