I was able to drop addictive behaviours , go inward and focus on the peace that always resides within. Asanga Meditation Centre in Newmarket is a beautiful , peaceful and sacred space to learn to meditate. As well,Tracy creates all kinds of healing workshops and has a way of teaching abstract concepts and applications in an easy-to-understand , practical way . Highly recommend !

I have taken the emotional eaters course and intro meditation course, and I can not speak more highly of them. Tracy is a master in her profession and always provides a safe and inclusive space. Life changing moments happen in these groups and I am looking forward to more in the future!

Tracy is an incredible teacher and I have been honoured to be a part of both her meditation group and emotional eating group. She uses meditation and mindfulness techniques that allow you to connect with a deeper part of yourself that is often overlooked in day to day life. Her amazing energy and ability to hold space for others allows her students to gently explore energy and emotions in a meaningful way. -

This course changed my life. There was something so sacred about learning to find inner peace and using the energy of the class to focus on healing. I am looking forward to the next level.
