“I was having a great deal of difficulty in finding reagents for my commercial pool testing equipment. Twice, I was sold kits and reagent replacement kits which were out of date. I was unable to test my commercial Class B Pool. In desperation I contacted Lowry and Associates which handle the Taylor Testing Products in Canada. They, and Jen Lowry in particular went out of their way to help me. They had me perform a couple of tests over the phone and then determined that my reagents were not working...too old, out of date, even the new reagents that I had just bought from pool suppliers in Ottawa were out of date. On a Friday afternoon they packaged up a replacement kit and some extra reagents that I would need. They took the kit to FedEx and it was delivered to me in Ottawa on Monday morning. They also offered to help me with any testing I had to do. What more could one ask for? It is refreshing to encounter the personal touch in this day and age.”
