I went in to the store and he helped find me the exact same one, he fit it to my wrist so it wouldn't fall off again, and he sent off a safety chain to be dipped in rose gold to match. WOW! I was so impressed with his level of customer service and how he made my concerns feel valid yet found a solution for me.
