I knew in general what I was looking for, they made a suggestion on a package of products and I had it at my door in BC within a few days. It was faster than UPS had originally said. Nice and the price was very competitive (I'd say cheaper as it is slightly different: I'd say better) than what you would pay at Costco.ca

my husband and I decided to add a Schluter heated floor to our master bathroom. After some searching I found these guys. Prices and service were hard to beat. I'm in AB and ordered on the Friday and received the following Friday. Probably would have got here even sooner but I missed the Friday pickup, so it didn't get picked up until Monday. Parcel received in excellent condition! Give this company a try I don't think you'll be disappointed! Will definitely use them again!!

I purchase two Schluter Ditra Performance Floor heating Kits. I realized that I purchase a cable that was too long. I thought I was going to be stuck with a product that was $250 and I could not use it. The people at Global Trade & Distribution were great to work with. They allowed me to buy the correct size cable and return the unused cabled. The customer service was polite, speedy, and efficient. Shout out to Dan for the friendly service. How refreshing! This is one of the best suppliers in the GTA i use them for all my projects. Normally I call in my orders but it is better if you send an email with a detailed request and part numbers. The pricing is extremely competitive and the staff are helpful and informative on product knowledge. Strongly recommend going here and I will continue to shop here for all my projects.
