(October 8, 2018, 4:10 pm)We had the pleasure of working with Goldie Sharma when we recently refinanced our mortgage. He made the process smooth and easy. He arranged to meet us at times when it was convenient for us and even came to our house to have papers signed. When the lawyers did not contact us in time to finalize the process Goldie came out again to do their job.

She has exceeded our expectations during and after our mortgage approval. She has provided amazing customer service and we have been very pleased with the way Lakshmi has communicated with my husband and I during this very exciting process. Lakshmi's efforts to ensure every part of the process went smoothly put us at ease. Her daily reporting and clarifying technical notes in her knowledge base has helped us as first time home buyers. Thank you for being so professional, informative and following up with us whenever we needed. You have gone above and beyond.

Recently we had some unique mortgage related issues that Lakshmi was able to address quickly and efficiently. She does her best to match us with the products and services we need.
