(October 24, 2019, 4:20 pm)I received wonderful customer service from the RBC at 211 Marycroft Ave, Woodbridge. The CSR was Ms. Emily M. She was very quick and knowledgeable to provide excellent service and guided me nicely. It was a great experience and I will certainly tell others to go to that branch to receive good service and invest there. Every branch should have someone like Emily! Thank you Emily for everything you have done ! This location is so lucky to have you , please take good care of her.
(August 3, 2019, 1:10 am)Pretty frustrating. Long wait to get to a teller. Finally reached the corner sit down counter. I want to thank the lady at the sit down counter( I think she is Indian). Very friendly and all smiles. Made my day. Thank you madam , next time I will try to remember your name. CJ
