“Experienced some hardship financially these past few years and was thinking of selling my home .One day I just went into this bank branch and asked to speak to any advisor . I was very lucky when I was directed to Mandeep Sidhu. She offered me possible options .Initially the first option did not go through but Mandeep was diligent in helping try the other option. It was not an entirely smooth process and there were challenges for me to fulfill certain criteria but in the end my goal was achieved . The bank Manager Anna Drosinis provided direction and I felt she was receptive to my queries and concerns during the process . I really appreciate Mandeep's and Ms. Drosinis time and effort in my case . Truthfully, at times I was very frustrated but I really felt I was being heard.
