Good selection and convenient location, however sometimes the staff seem too occupied, certain items have dust and sometimes it can be hard to find something because it feels like everything is cramped in a small place.

Lovely staff. Lovely selection. Our entire living room and kitchen items are from Pier One. The store manager, Tony, has always been kind to us. Thank you Pier One team.

The employees went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I honestly haven't had such great and helpful service in a very long time! They were awesome.
