(October 27, 2017, 6:10 pm)I’m fairly new to Yoga, having only done it a few times at my workplace (corporate yoga?). My friend swears by it so I finally decided to work it into my regular routine to compliment my gym schedule. The same friend recommended that I try this studio so I purchased a 2 week pass (better value than a single class) and dropped by on a Tuesday, 7pm class. The place has a very relaxing vibe and pleasant staff. The instructor (I can’t recall her name) was very nice and chatted with me a little before the class. She asked about my experience level and checked if I had any pain or injuries. What I liked about the class was that a) it was heated, b) the instructor offered variations to most poses which really helped as I couldn’t fully do some the ‘proper’ way, and c) there are mirror all around so you can check on your alignment. Overall, got a good sweat out of it and felt great after. Curious to try other teachers/classes as well.
