“My mom's birthday bouquet arrived half withered. It was 2 days after Valentine's day so it was very obvious that she got the leftovers. I complained. The owner was very apologetic and offered to deliver another bouquet to my mom's house the next day, which was supposed to be nicer fresher and better. It actually was a fresh bouquet, but compiled mainly out of greenery, with probably 3 flowers in total. Will be ordering with another company next time...”
