What I appreciate the most was the honesty and the professionalism. Our Viking fridge was not cooling. A brand not many companies will work on. Carol’s friendly demeanour and genuine care in wanting to help put me right at ease. Matthew the technician arrived on time (even calling 20 minutes in advance to let me know he was on his way - how many companies care enough about your time to do that). He explained the issue, called his suppliers right on the spot and provided an estimate of cost and timeline for the repair. Costs were reasonable and service unmatched. I would definitely recommend Pro Appliance to friends and family and will use them again.”

“They made a King size upholstered black velvet bed and it turned out so beautiful for my 13 year old. Amazing craftsmanship, very sturdy and the headboard was over 70 inches high!! “Folks, I'm not in the habit of writing reviews for product, however, this is worth mentioning. My folks being 90 and 91 years old are moving to a retirement living. They are moving from a 3 bedroom house into a single room. Went to the web looking for a hide a bed (murphy bed) to increase space. Need something that was motorized. Filled the online build a bed and was given a price. Called Kathy the next day to indicate i wasn't going with the sofa portion. She email back Hi Al, One important thing you should consider when ordering the Murphy bed is when in bed position it is only 10" high off the floor. I know it is for your parents so it might be too low for them to get on and off in the future. All Murphy beds are low. Our desk and sofa models are 19" high therefore more suited to seniors. Hi Kathy, I thought i would send a note to let you know your installer Cody was great to work with... .... He was very professional and great to work with. Regarding your product, although my folks have not tried it out yet. It certainly looks as advertised. This was supposed to be just a quick note to say thanks you.”
