“Franca is amazing, she has so much knowledge and not just about the products she uses but about how different products work on different skin types including different skin pigmentations. I wanted to get under eye fillers and went to multiple people but for some reason botox was being pushed in my direction and I did enough research over a few years to know I did not want botox for my under eyes.. I wanted fillers. From the moment Franca introduced herself until I left she made me feel comfortable. She started by telling me she was going to thoroughly look at the area of interest before going ahead with anything and she went on to say there is a possibility she will not be able to do them and went into details about different reasons as to why it may not work. In that moment I knew she wasn't someone who just wanted the money, she genuinely loves what she does and she genuinely wants to ensure her clients are comfortable, and safe. Her passion for her work and her passion in ensuring her clients are comfortable with her work you can actually hear it in her voice when she speaks and that alone is comforting especially when you are getting work done on your face near your eyes. She helped my experience be the most relaxed a needle injection can ever be, and it was such a painless experience. “White Pine Health Vaughan physiotherapy clinic is a great place with caring and kind stuff. Those guys are very hardworking. I remember I couldn’t get how do I relax my spine muscles during an exercise. Once they understood that, they explained to me everything so clearly that make me feel, like those guys had completely everything under control and they had hundreds patients like me. “I ordered three scooters in total. The first came with no manual or instructions but I have common sense and decent mechanical knowledge. The second snapped the second ride as the clip that holds the bar in place was missing a screw. I was a bit banged up but had to order a new clip and rear fender. The company offered no help and just kept offering to call me back in "a couple of hours". Ordered a third scooter and it came with a manual and all the right parts. I went into a pothole and crashed it. Absolutely my fault . I called to see if they could help me find someone in Ottawa who could attempt to fix it. Again they offered to call me back in a couple of hours. All in all the scooters were good but customer service is terrible. I'd say buy from them but don't expect any help after if your outside of Toronto.”
