“I've been to Heroes comics about 3 times now because I'm amazed at the huge selection of old school toys. From vintage transformers to wrestling dolls, this place really does have a selection unmatched to many of the other shops in the city. However, expect to pay a premium for there collectables. I would have given this place 4 stars but I came in looking for either sonic the hedgehog toys or comics for my son. I understand sonic may not be the most popular item but a shop of this size and variety should have at least 1 sonic the hedgehog toy or comic in its inventory!”

“Chapters is such a wonderful place. It has home decor, journals, and lots and lots of books. The staff is very nice and will help you find whatever you are looking for. There are books for adults, teens, kids, and even babies. The atmosphere is very nice especially when you get a nice drink from the Starbucks in Chapters. I recently attended a Chapters night which is basically a night were Chapters is open after hours for members only. There are special deals and drinks, and it is super fun! If you are a book lover like me I totally recommend for you to go to Chapters not only for the books, but for the atmosphere too.”

The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful - showed me to a shelf that had more options than any other store I've been to. I purchased a very nice book of fairytales with exceptionally beautiful illustrations. The 5 y.o. loved it.”

“As much as you can expect from a Value Village. Good parking lot. Fairly clean - if somewhat messy - needs to hire more associates for sure. Was looking for a specific outfit for a theme party & ended up finding a perfect dress. Dry cleaning costed 3 times I paid for the outfit. Looool :) Why 3 stars? No mirrors to try things on aside from fitting rooms which had a big line up. Most of the stuff can be tried on by not going to fitting rooms if you know how to thrift shop & most people do. Not sure why management wants to create such a bottle neck with insane amount of shopping carts stuck by the area or at least not create a system for people to line up... Store has good selection & it has gotten better over the last several years in that sense - BUT needs to improve customer flow & needs to have someone move empty carts by cashier area too. Although the staff is friendly and helpful. What would be cool is to add some swag music instead of what is playing there... Lets say something from 60s in style of Dean Martin "Gentle on my mind" - light, stylish & with a positive beat :) something that gives people inspiration for shopping vintage rather than thrift. Will be back :)”
