Chartwell pinewood a home away from home! When a resident moves in they feel so happy 😀 that they came to pinewood and it’s their first week! Staff is always willing to help and have a good laugh! The meals that are prepared for them by the Food Service Manager Todd Schilkie way to go Pinewood!

Pinewood is a lovely place to call home. It is warm and inviting, and the staff are so helpful, especially staff like Shelley Raglin. This coming June will mark Shelley's 30th anniversary at Pinewood and after all that time her commitment to the home, other staff, and residents never waivers.

Pinewood has been a home for my grandmom for more than a year now. It is an intimate and loving residence with amazing staff. Specifically, Victoria Leach is very professional and courteous. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help the residents. I want to say thank you to the staff for providing such a warm and caring environment for my grandmom.

I find the staff of Pinewood to be professional and courteous. The management, under the new GM Terri Soukup, takes great pride in the well being of residents and is there 24 hours a day to meet their needs. Terri provides a strong client-centered approach and the residence is well maintained, clean and comfortable. A very friendly and community focused environment!
