I had a bad experience with one staff member, I was asking her about a specific item I was looking for and she kept nodding her head and say, no no no no no. Like geez just let me finish my question!!! It was obvious she didn't want to work, she could've at least helped me find an alternative solution but she was just a aggressive and cranky!”
