(August 8, 2022, 8:00 pm)Very accomodating considering they are short staffed (like the rest of the world). Had a visible issue, so they asked us to send photos for a tech to review, they got back to us and we booked an appointment. Cat decided to figure it out himself the day before the booking, so we canceled appointment with no problems. Have dealt with them several times previously with good experiences.

(May 31, 2019, 12:45 pm)Always friendly. My dog Penny doesn't hate coming here and she hates everything....she loves the staff here. Some of the best prices in the valley! This is Penny's regular doctor but we have been in recently in an after hours porcupine emergency and Tina was absolutely amazing!
