Salut Outdoor Bistro

We love the Salut Bistro at Pine Cliff…. We have enjoyed many meals since the opening this summer, we have had lunch ready for us when we arrive to our cottage, or dinner for when we didn’t feel like cooking. The food is chef prepared and tastes amazing! The atmosphere is laid back and it’s a very family friendly place to invite friends and family to enjoy. We will be enjoying this food as long as they will cook it!!!!! The chocolate tart is out of this world!!! And my hubby loves the key lime pie.

I have eaten at Salut numerous times and have loved every experience! The menu is unique and everything I have had was amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and there are games for kids to play! The atmosphere is enhanced with flowers and music! I look forward to many more visits!

Thank you Salut Outdoor Bistro at Pine Cliff Resort! What an incredible culinary experience! If you’re in the area this is “farm to table” cuisine with a dish for everyone in the family! Our kids enjoyed the gourmet mac and cheese, and poutine! The chef makes his own fries! The Bistro has so many games to play while we waited. Even the adults got in on a quick game of corn hole. Our food was ready before we could finish the game! The chicken wings were amazing, and the hamburgers are picture perfect and tasty! My favourite was the chicken quesadillas served with the Parmesan sauce. We love this place!

I had the jambalaya with gluten free pasta and it was very good. My friends had the Philly steak sandwich but found it a little salty. Overall a great alternative to fast-food chain alternatives in town. Quiet atmosphere.

An excellent all round experience. The daily pasta special was delicious and others in our party were also very pleased. Sitting outside was special and the host was very attentive. One sits at picnic tables under the shade.
