“Great little store with cute little greeters. Been coming to Barry's Bay since I was a kid and love to be able to bring back some mementos and eat some treats while up here. Has a good choice of Barry's Bay branded merch and cottage deco. Kids are getting older, but they love the variety of stuff this store has. The bubbles outside attracted us to it, easy to miss, but well worth the stop when you look for it.”

“I’m a level 4 certified tech, same as Joan, so you can say I’m picky about my machines. I recently purchased a fully serviced machine for my collection from Joan. It was a treat to receive such a well serviced machine. Her packing of the machine was very neat and carefully done. The machine was thoroughly cleaned and properly oiled and lubed. It was running perfectly. I know she pays attention to detail as she did her final sew test with a different colour bobbin and needle thread colour- as this is the o my way you can really tell if you’ve perfected the stitch. Although I love servicing machines myself, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another machine from Joan. It definitely was a treat to plug it in and to begin to sew right away.”
