I try to go to the various activities that are put on for our benefit. Our interactions with all staff; management, psws, nurses, reception and cleaning staff were always so positive and friendly. They are a very dedicated group that strives to provide a high level of care to the residents and their families. My father-in-law moved in during COVID and it was evident they took the resident's safety and well-being seriously while also maintaining their quality of life.
