“Yesterday I went into the store to pick up something, while I was there, one of their employees by the name of Murray came to ask if I needed any help. At the time, I was looking at some clothing, he was kind enough to let me know that the particular item I was looking at would be going on sale in the next couple of weeks. When it came to the actual item I went in for in the first place, not only did he find me the product, he knew there was a cheaper one in storage so he had it brought down for me.
