“Windrush Estate Winery is a wonderful hidden gem in Ontario's Emerging Wine Region. The area is very secluded, surrounded by nature and gorgeous views, so it really does feel like an adventure. It's hard to describe visiting the winery as it's the experience of it that really makes it amazing. The owners are so hospitable and genuinely interested in their guests, and they make sure you get the most out of your visit. I highly recommend their VQA Cabernet Franc. I am a red wine lover and usually opt for reds from France or Latin America, this Cab Franc is up there with my favourites! Definitely a must for nature lovers and wine enthusiasts!”
