“Nirvana retreats is magical. I recently hosted a retreat, with my teaching partner Jess, without visiting the centre first. We knew the area was beautiful but were not certain about what to expect. We were blown away by our experience. The accommodations were extremely clean and comfortable, the practice space was spacious and bright, swims and walks were incredibly nourishing, and the food was out of this world. The owners of the centre were helpful at every step of the way and exuded warm and caring energy. I would not hesitate to recommend Nirvana Retreat Centre and I will definitely be back in the future.”

The lady who helped me booked me in that very afternoon, and I am so thankful to her. She was very knowledgable and talked with me about what was going on, gave me tips of what I could do at home; she made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe! I'm so glad I sought her help, and if I'm ever in the area again and in need of a massage, I KNOW I'll be going back. The space was clean, warm, quiet and inviting... exactly what I needed!
