Today I visited there to get bank statements and Jennifer serviced greatly. I go there when I need and all of the staff is very helpful and do their job well. I am very satisfied :)
I wasn't exactly sure what document I needed, but Obi was very patient and of great help! I've never had a bad experience at this branch! Great staff! ?
I've had excellent service wth this branch up until today. Because of the excellent past service I was stunned to have them tell me that I would have to book an appointment a week away just to open to new accounts for my two girls. I was so annoyed that I just about told them to forget about it and that I'd take my business elsewhere, but because of the previous great service I decided to cut them some slack and simply send them a note expressing my dissatisfaction. This public comment is part of that expression. Sort yourselves out BMO or it will be more than a star on a public forum and some unkind words you'll be hearing from me. EDIT Just as I hit the key the person I usually deal with at this branch reached out to me (after speaking with the branch manager) and got me an appointment in an hour. See That's the service I know this branch for! Here's your star back!
Not as friendly and helpful as waterdown BUT for a higher volume bank it’s pretty helpful . Still feel like a number .
I have to say the tellers have always been friendly and polite, though I was disappointed when I was unable to open an account for my son. I was told the staff in the services section were busy and the branch manager was leaving, that I should book an appointment. Having done banking at the main branch at King and Bay in Toronto, I feel I would not have left the branch (downtown) dissapointed and without an account for my son. I am in wrong to expect a uniform level of service from all branches?
