(September 11, 2020, 4:04 am)I ordered a bank draft through Simplii Financial, and was given the option to pick it up at the location of my choice. I chose this location, for convenience. Less than 24 hrs after ordering the draft by phone, I had a call from a customer service representative of this branch, to let me know I could come in at my convenience, with clear instructions on how to proceed. Once I was at the branch, I was serviced quickly, kindly, and greeted by all staff. Very pleased with the service I had here today. Thanks to all! So happy my request was processed in a timely and professional manner. Would be happy to visit this branch again.
