Less than 24 hrs after ordering the draft by phone, I had a call from a customer service representative of this branch, to let me know I could come in at my convenience, with clear instructions on how to proceed. Once I was at the branch, I was serviced quickly, kindly, and greeted by all staff. Very pleased with the service I had here today. Thanks to all! “5 star rating ONLY due to the Branch Manager Olga’s involvement in addressing quite a serious issue in a professional manner. - I had an appointment booked with Senior Financial Advisor- Philip Sinha. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am, got into the Advisors office at 11:45am. Philip had the audacity to review my documents (I was really well prepared) and tell me he believed they were fictitious, falsified, and fraudulent. I was simply at a loss for words and couldn’t believe what he was saying. I waited 24 hours to write this review AND STILL CANNOT MENTALLY PROCESS WHAT WAS SAID TO ME. Philip ALSO stated that my condominium building in Downtown Toronto MIGHT be “classified as commercial property therefore he cannot provide a secured line of credit against it” (SCOTIABANK IS THE PRIMARY MORTGAGE PROVIDER ON THIS CONDO) What this means? I have no idea. LOL. If you have strong background knowledge in lending, credit products, and financial knowledge do yourself a favour and DO NOT step foot in Philips office. If you do not, than please choose a different financial advisor. You will thank me later. - THANK YOU OLGA for stepping in to save me from the disaster that was about to unwind in the office.
