Delivery & Customer service provided by Nutrafarms was on point. We got contacted by the delivery man up until arrival and customer service was really helpful with resolving concerns. Excellent service, fast responses, product delivered promptly and neatly packaged. Communications are swift and exceptional.

At the beginning of 2020 we met with Nutrafarms to discuss quality, pricing and what was best for our family. Our sale rep (Scott) went through our budget and needs. We received a free sample. It all seemed great! And it was!!

About halfway through the year we had an issue that was resolved within days. They handled our concern better than any other company we’ve ever dealt with. All to make sure their customers are happy. I was afraid I was going to feel like a number or a pay cheque. And really and truly, I just felt like a person with a problem that Nutrafarms more than helped our family with.

We couldn’t be more pleased with your help to complete our order. We are definitely pleased with the product and Cherie’s contact and follow-up were much appreciated. The service Nutrafarms offer and the support it gives to local farmers are commitments we are proud to share.
